Edmonton Family Photographer: Family of Four

It won’t be long before we start to see the leaves turn orange and red… and with that comes one of my favorite times of the year to photograph families… Fall. Below are a few of my favorites from Cheryl’s family session last year. The colors are so much more beautiful than what words can describe.

Fall dates fill up fast; if you are interested in booking a family session with Sweet Life Photography you can contact me here.

Edmonton Family Portrait Photographer: Ella is one!

Sweet little Ella is one……already! Where did time go? I am personally tied to this milestone because Ella is only one week younger than my baby girl and I tear up a little seeing these cuties grow up so quickly! I first met this lovely family when Ella was just five weeks old at her newborn photo shoot (which was featured here) and it was such a treat reconnecting and joining them for a lovely stroll through their neighborhood. Enjoy your photos Lorna, Craig, Andrew and Ella.  I hope you are having a great summer!

If over 20 comments are written below, this little family will receive a complimentary gift.

Edmonton Maternity Photographer: Jen expecting

Congratulations Jen, Rob and little Ruby….this adorable family of three is soon to be four and I can’t wait to be there to document the new addition expected to make it’s arrival in August. I absolutely love photographing maternity sessions, it’s such a special time. Jen makes maternity look AMAZING….but I think little Ruby stole the show with her adorable piggy tails. Congrats you guys – see you in a few weeks….eeek!!!

Edmonton Wedding Photographer – Sweet Life Photography: Alissa + Chris= Married!

A big congratulations to Alissa and Chris! It really was a perfect day. When I asked you what the most important thing about your wedding day was you replied, “The most important thing to us is celebrating our love and special day with our family and friends. We want to create memories that will last a lifetime and that we can cherish forever.” I truly believe you accomplished this.

With every wedding I photograph I see new fresh ideas. I love that instead of a typical head table Alissa and Chris decided to have three special round tables; one for wedding party and one for each family. It was also unique that instead of standard speeches Alissa and Chris’ family had pre-recorded their messages and it was played on a huge screen for all to enjoy, and of course plenty of humour was sprinkled in too.  The best part though was when Alissa danced with her father….what started out as a lovely slow dance quickly turned in to a hip hop choreographed dance routine….the crowd went wild and that was the perfect way to get the dance started!

Below are a few of my favorites from Chris and Alissa’s special day. If you’d like to see more of my wedding portfolio you can click here.  I have a few dates open for fall 2016.
